• Mineral water as per guaranteed persons
• Additional set menu order at IDR 998,000 Net per person

PRIVILEGES

• Free usage for 3 hours : 12.00 AM – 15.00 PM
• Complimentary 5 (five) box crew meal
• Complimentary 2 (two) rooms 1 (one) night stay at Swissotel Premier Room with breakfast for 2 persons
• Special room rate for families and friend will be offered for any additional rooms
• Electricity usage 3.000 watts

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• On the day of the event, Section area is closed for public for 3 hours
• All set up must start after restaurant operational hours
• Loading out must start after the event finish
• No foods are taken away
• No food from outside is allowed at restaurant & function room
• Additional crew or nanny meal box at IDR 100.000 net/box
• Corkage fee will be charged as per consumption for any type of beverage brought into the hotel
  • Wine at IDR 450.000++ / bottle (750 ml)
  • Liquor at IDR 600.000++ / bottle (700 ml)
• Hotel has the right to arrange installation and placement of stage, backdrop, decoration & entertainment
• Sound system rental fee : IDR 2.500.000 Net
