TCN – Full block of Restaurant

Hotel’s Terms & Condition

• On the day of the event, Section area is closed for public for 3 hours
• All set up must start after restaurant operational hours
• Loading out must start after the event finish
• No foods are taken away
• No food from outside is allowed at restaurant & function room
• Kids charges:
  • 0-5 th years old are free of charge
  • 6-12th years old are 50% charge (IDR 454.000 Net)
  • 13th years old above are 100% charge (IDR 908.000 Net)
• Additional crew or nanny meal boxes at IDR 100.000 net/box
• Corkage fee will be charged as per consumption for any type of beverage brought into
  the hotel
  • Wine at IDR 450.000 NET / bottle (750 ml)
  • Liquor at IDR 600.000 NET / bottle (700 ml)
• Hotel has the right to arrange installation and placement of stage, backdrop, decoration & entertainment
• Sound system rental fee:IDR 2.500.000 Net (Set of 2 speakers, 2 wireless microphones, 1 mixer)
